In short: I run like a plonker! yet still came away with a PB for the year. still one of my favourite races despite the organisers making the same mistakes year after year. no nearby changing, lack of toilets, few decent course markers etc...

In short: very well organised little run. 'interesting' hills made life hard work for little old me!
In full: Considering this was only the secound time this event as taken place, the organisers done a fantastic job! good mixed terrain course and tea and cakes afterwards, what more could anyone want!other race organisers take note - this is our it should be done!!!

In short: fast course - spoilt only by the wind and fun runners clogging up the start by starting at the front!

In short: this ones for those who like hills - I do not!!!!!!!
In full: Average is the only fair way to discribe this first year 10k.
Good points - Large car park, scenic course, friendly marshalls and a free banana!
Bad points - lack of course details in runner pack, distance of start from car park, and it did seem rather a large entry fee even if it was for charity!
one other thing, was it me or did it start a bit before 10.30? Quite a few runners were "left" at the start!

In short: not very exciting location but the fast course helps make up for that. 1.5 laps mainly around residential streets. fast - yes. flat - no!
