In short: A very very hard sunday morning jog
In full: A very well run happy race. Brilliant job my everyone concerned. The race its self was draining. You got into a set running pace only to have to stop to jump cattle grids styles . The scenery was fantastic all along the river banks at which point I stopped to over yet another style. I thoroughly recommend this race if you are not out for a fast time. Lovely day though will come back
