In short: 1st timer at Turbo X & it will not be my last.
In full: Yes it was cold, dirty, smellie, wet & hard work on a challenging course & that was before the Turbo X zone !! Great marshalling & great camaraderie between runners. Would I do it again...Yes I would, so save me a place. PS Thanks Katy Turner & mum2ten - some wouldn`t say anything.

In short: Quick course - always nice to finish the year with a PB
In full: Yes a couple of problems with new course but once through the start - fast & flat. Didn`t mind the airport laps as it great to see the faster runners in front & to support the runners behind. Great support from the marshals (thanks it does pick me up). Can`t believe I missed the Jelly Babies...twice. Showers were the coldest ever but I needed to cool down. Thanks GRR. I`ll be back - same time next year??

In short: Better and better
In full: Second year running I`ve entered this race & to me it was better than last year`s. Would like to thank all of the marshals, race staff & Police & public who stood out in today`s weather, each seemed to be cheering, clapping & smiling at the right moment - many thanks. No problems at all & even a PB. Thought the chip timing was a great introduction. Thanks to Fleet & Crookham AC....may even see you in March!!!

In short: I liked this race & what a great memento
In full: A great course, taking you through some very nice countryside & quiet lanes, not traffic free but didn`t see many cars. The course itself was great - undualating in a nice way. Got a PB. A very nice & unusual memento to finish off with. Well done to all involved - many, many thanks.

In short: Nice race on a misty Sunday morning - good fun
In full: Nice setting for a xc run - plently of mud & a misty start. Nice organisation & good marshalling around the course. Too many runner weavers for me thou. The pain & pleasure for me was at the end - hill @ 9k with a steep finish but getting your medal from an Olympic Gold medalist made up for it ten fold. Great goody bag & bits afterwards.

In short: Understands why the race starts with the word "GREAT"
In full: First & hopefully not my last GNR...what a great event. Organisation & the atmosphere was fantastic & what about the crowds...many, many thanks for your support around the course. Some could complain about the numbers but all I say is that you can`t have a party without them. Keep up the great work & see you very very soon.

In short: Excellent Village Run
In full: An excellent Sunday morning run with a nice village fete feel - a credit to Mortimer. Good course & came away with a pb which was great & unexpected. Well done to all - race organisers & marshalls. Many thanks

In short: Well done to all of the bananas
In full: Well done to all of the banana runners. I did not expect it to be that hot...thankfully plently of water stops - that just show you the organisation was spot on. Good support by the stewards & crowds esp at the end. Great event - glad I travelled but shame its so far away. Need to have a word with whoever about the car parking costs - give the money made (& fines) to Leukaemia Research. Well done to everyone.

In short: A nice flat course in a traffic free location.
In full: A flat course & for the first timers here the scenery could be rather monotonous - great for PB`s. Event nicely organised with the 5k run beforehand being well supported. Second time here this year & pleased that I managed to beat my PB by 18 seconds. Thanks to all.

In short: Good, well organised race
In full: A nice village race with a good mixture of runners & good support along the way. Nice course but the hill at 8k killed my chance of a pb. Great weather. Shame that some local drivers could not be patient. Oh, bigger signs needed for the water station....nearly decapitated another runner (if you were that runner - sorry!)
