In full: GOT MY FASTEST TIME FOR THIS RACE JUST LOVE THE COURSE VERY FAST AND WILL DO THIS RACE EVERY YEAR FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RACE JUST AS GOOD I WOULD SAY DO THE TRIMPELL 20 AT LANCASTER REALLY HELP YOU THERE BUT THE SUPPORT IN SHEFFIELD AND AT DON VALLEY IS GREAT I WILL KEEP DOING THIS RACE ALSO DOING THE 10K NEXT SUNDAY

In full: GREAT RACE TODAY AND GOOD COOL WEATHER I STARTED OF WITH THE 7 MIN MILE PACER BUT WENT AHEAD AT THE NORTH PEIR AND KEPT UP ALL THE WAY I LOVE BLACKPOOL AND CAN NOT WAIT TILL THE MARARTHON AS ALWAYS GREAT DAY THANKS TO RON AND LEWIS FOR KEEPING THE RACE ON TODAY GREAT COURSE KNOCKED OF 4 MINS FROM LAST YEAR OF TO DO TRIMPELL 20 NEXT WEEK
