In short: Very hard only did 10K this year
In full: fantastic marshallling, well looked after even could see the cricket in the bar after the run, with fruit cake and a lovely well earned cuppa

In short: lovely race sun shining excellent happy marshalls and police, although cars a pain
In full: My own fault have a bad right foot wired up and does not bend but still manage a reasonable 1.50 Just love to finish this in a decent time

In short: Brilliant day, a good run for myself, should have gone a bit quicker, recently did a bad half marathon, did not realise i was so close to the end . marshalling excellant especially as the weather was so bad, Thanks to you all

In short: best rac e ever over last 3 years
In full: easy running plenty of water and sponges and thanks for all the marshalls and cubs for your help. its just a shame the traffic think they have to speed past us and nearly knock us flying every year

In full: A very well run race worth travelling from Alton for. Only if the weather had been better the whole day would have been brilliant

In short: fantastic course but i was injured otherwise an easy PB
In full: So flat then downs, so so easy for me to run then my leg tightened up forget the bp hopefully next year, well it was PB but not that good i think 39.30
