In short: Some tough hills catch you by surprise, and the route is a little treacherous when wet, but an excellent run overall
In full: I ran this for the first time and really enjoyed it, the route was challenging and very slippery in places. It was more off road than I thought it would be, and I should have worn trail shoes. The atmosphere was good though, nice family atmosphere, very friendly, I will do this again next year.

In short: good race, excellent marshalls and nice scenery. Ruined a bit by the weather this year
In full: The muddy clifftops after running into the winds destroyed my chances of a pb, but enjoyable in a cold, wet masochistic kind of way

In short: 4 undulating laps made this a challenging race due to the hills and the route being quite dull. The marshalls were excellent however, ensuring runners weren't bothered by the traffic. Nice medal at the end!

In short: Well organised, well marshalled race. The cliff tops add challenge, and the wind was freezing, but a very enjoyable event.

In short: The multiple laps made this very boring, and the distance markers made no sense. My GPS actually clocked the distance as 10.3k. The water came in flimsy plastic cups which either emptied before you drank or (as I did) you choke. well organised on th
