In short: Great run as always
In full: This is a great race, well supported by cheery marshalls. There seemed more cars this year and maybe we need to stop them parking as we go up the last hill so we don't have to worry about passing cars ... Much better toilets - once I had found them! Will be back next year.

In short: Great race, great organisation and very kind finish
In full: A good off-roader that was more than manageable - except for the muddy fields (advice on how to get through them would be gratefully received!).

One minor problem being one of the last field based paths which seemed not to be marked by the red and white tape - I took two goes and am still not sure the last route was the right one. But - it didn't spoil the run, just lost me a few minutes and places.

I will be back next year ...

In short: The classic Cleethorpes 10k ...
In full: The course is not particularly inspiring but the date makes the race special. Although described by a lady in the loos as "pancake flat", the gradual inclines (and the night before) make it feel a slightly tougher course.

The organisation was great as always with good support from the marshalls and a very welcome tea making service back at base.

Definitely one to do year after year

In short: Good potential but let down
In full: There is little point in repeating the comments of all the previous submissions. I would like to stress that I felt that the volunteers involved in the marshalling and at the end made a positive contribution in a poor situation. The organisation of any event is not easy and hopefully lessons can be learned and applied next year.

In short: Great race, great organisation and text message results special
In full: Not the most scenic of races but it is so well organised and attended that it is a must do race. Thanks to the chap at the start - making you laugh before you start! The text result was a positive treat that every race should look at!

In short: Great race, very tough - couldn't take in the scenery for the pain!
In full: Really enjoyed this race but it was hard. The scenery looked great but at 6k I had no energy to just look left.

The course was well marshalled but on a couple of occasions the whole group seemed to cross over the road only to return again - and all for no apparent reason. It would be good if the marshalls could let you know which side of the road you are best sticking to.

Thanks the the marshall at around 7k that did say - "this is the last hill" - that totally kept me going up that last incline!

In short: Brilliant race as always
In full: It would be good to have the same course year on year for comparisons sake but the course probably was better this year - although it did not feel any flatter through the legs!

The organisation was excellent. The atmosphere was a little down on previous years with less bands .. around the course but that is not major.

The run was very congested all the way round - more so than last year.

In short: Tough run but the weather was perfect
In full: A very well organised race that attracts a large number of runners. Some additional thought to the carparking and toilets may be needed but nothing to spoil the day
