In short: Great fun with lots of energy sapping mud. Packed my road trainers instead of trail trainers so was a bit "Bambi on Ice" at times!

In short: One of the those races you just switch off running and watch the world go by.....anything to take my mind of the Manchester Derby.....City won 6-1 so fab race !!!!!

In short: Lots of ups and downs on the bike and run so you have to work a bit. Good crowd to cheer you over the finishing line, which is always great at these events.
