In short: Well Organised Race
In full: Well organised race but the wind and the hills (OK undulations) meant that it was not really a day for PBs.

In short: Low Key well organised race on a flat PB course
In full: Good event; well organised, virtually traffic free route, course is flat and so good for a PB. Downsides are that some of the route is off road, the race is very quiet, so not much atmosphere and the last two miles are in an industrial estate so not exactly uplifting. I got a PB and my club had a good team position so I'm happy and will be back.

In short: Small low key event on Thruxton track
In full: As this is on Thruxton track the only reason to do it is for a PB. Unfortunately it poured with rain and whilst it wasn't blowing a gale the breeze there meant a PB was never going to happen. It's a very small event so there is no real atmosphere, apart from banter with your club mates, and no real support. Did two out of the four races and not sure if it will be in my race calendar next year.

In short: Excellent Race
In full: Joined the 5 year club this year, though pulled my hamstring just before 3k mark so had to hobble back to ensure I finnished.

Will be back next year. Glad to see a tasteful T-shirt colour this year!

In short: Small Event
In full: Lap and a bit of Thruxton. Currently a very small event which is very low key. Thus it has very little atmosphere, though that may come. Not the most exiting course as it's a motor circuit, but that means it should be quick, even if I'm not. Entry fee of £8 is a little steep as there was no prizes or momento.

In short: Well Organised Local Race
In full: Well organised low key event, the course is tough because there is no chance of getting into a rhythm, it's either uphill or steeply downhill. One minor gripe; could we have warm showers next year, then it'll get 100%

In short: Great event - rubbish race
In full: This is a great event made by London, not the organisers, but apart from the elites and maybe the championship you have no chance of running a decent race.

In short: Great Race in Beautiful Hampshire Countryside
In full: Class event again in 2010. The views from the course were stunning. Excellent organisation with great support from the local police. Will sure to be back next year.
