In short: Just how much mud can hide itself about your person!
In full: Had a wonderful time - laughed and screamed the whole way round. Excellent goody bag this year and the teeshirt is great.

In short: Not even the weather could mar this excellent event!
In full: This was my 5th and slowest and wettest but it was BRILLIANT. The marshals were outstanding - cheerful and supportive despite it pishing down and blowing a hoolie. The food on the way round was a real welcome relief from the weather and to top it all the sun came out when we got to the bitches!! Roll on next year - hopefully in the sunshine!

In short: Hot hot hot but a fabulous event
In full: Well Bexley AC certainly know how to put on a great event. Fantastic friendly and supportive marshals on a very hot day. I was running pants but will definately be back next year with better training under my belt.

In short: A tough race with a warm family atmosphere!
In full: As a member of a support crew I just can't praise this race enough! Having crewed the London to Brighton last year and being horrified at the lack of support (albeit it was a self navigation race) I am delighted with the organisation of this event. Dario and his team have certainly crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's to give the runners every support on what is an extremely tough race.
Our race team were at the back of the field but the support from all the check points was fantastic with Dario popping up all over the course. The sweepers were friendly and encouraging as were all the checkpoint marshals.
If you want to attempt a picturesque, tough, challenging ultra with a family feeling then this is definitely the race for you.

In short: Excellent workout
In full: Forgotten how hilly Dartford is! Excellent race organisation - only slight quibble next year please ban Ipods - with such a congested route in the early part of the race wearers were a menace! brilliant marshals and excellent race hq

In short: A fitting celebration of 100 years of the race
In full: Excellent organisation, brilliant marshals, great support from the locals. The only down side for me was the bit on the beach - totally destroyed me but all in all an excellent event. Shame the teeshirts weren't available to buy today!

In short: Still a fantastic event - shame about the finish
In full: Brilliant, muddy, wet, cold but FANTASTIC. Shame they had run out of goody bags - a big no no when you dont take entries on the day and could do better with the teeshirt sizing.

In short: The best weather I've had for this race so far
In full: Once again brilliant event - walked it with friends and their 11 year old son who loved it! Support was excellent and thanks to the weather the scenery stunning!

In short: Glad I was a support team and not a participant!
In full: A tad worrying that just because I and a friend were wearing high viz jackets that runners thought we were organisers! However, if we hadn't been there for some runners they might still be out there or worse still under a car! Definitely in need of signage on the roads and could really do with marshals at some of the busy junctions as runners in the zone could easily wander straight out!
