In short: Enoyable Sunday morning run. In full: This was my 3rd 10K race. The first 2 being bigger ones in the city of London. There was a bit of a wait for registration and only 4 portaloos. However well organised , bag drop , race marshalls and though have not found out how to get my official time yet will do again. Also nice not to be tripping over hoards of people in the middle of London. Date of review: August 15, 2010

In short: Go for the BUPA run for a better experience. In full: This was my second 10K run. I had surprise myself in May running 52 minutes for the BUPA run , I could barely run a mile in February when I started training. Suddenly got the urge to do more races but this was so crowded, many people were walking the course and not great in terms of getting a good time. Also expensive, poor organisation and they need to stagger the starts to give faster runners more of a chance. Date of review: July 16, 2010
