In short: Great Day, Many congratulations to Alan and the team.
In full: Brilliant support all the way. Really uplifting atmosphere particularly coming out of the tunnel with the drum band. The climb to the cathedral at mile 16 really took it out of me and Sefton Park seemed to go on forever. Finish at the Liver Building was superb as were the people helping at the finish

In short: Absolutely superb but challenging race, great scenery, great support and encouragement from marshals. Good to see the lone piper.

In short: Wellf organsed,fairly flat 10 mile road race with two 4 mile loops plus one 2 mile loop. Great scenery, well marshalled and great that £2000 was raised for David Lewis Cenre.

In short: Another great experience, perhaps not one for a PB.
In full: Crowd suppport was superb, especially if you had your name on your vest. Showers on the course were particularly welcome for me.

In full: Enjoyed this 10k, fairly flat and good for a pb. Plenty of parking, easy to get away afterwards, good efficient marshalling and quick publication of the results. Also like the towel

In short: Great Race and well organised. Superb views.
In full: Fantastic Race in great scenery. Tough Climb up Withenshaw Lane, but the views from the top were worth it. Great fast descent from 4 miles onwards. Bottle of Jogger's Tipple was a great prize.
