In short: Well organised race over a mostly flat, and slightly undulating in places course.
In full: Was atvertised as having entry on the day, but we were told that even though they would let us enter on the day, that they shouldn't really be letting us. They should make this clear on the advertising for this race.
Apart from that little thing, a very well organised race.

In short: Great race aprt from the finish area.
In full: This is a great race around the city of Lincoln. The only minor gripe I have got about this year race is the way that finish area is run.
We were queuing up for 20 minutes to get t-shirts and medals. It was disorganised chaos!
A better way for it to be done next year would be to have a team of 5-10 marshalls handing out goody bags with medal, t-shirt and water in them to runners as they cross the finish line. They could have 2 queues for for small, 4 for medium and 4 for large t-shirts.
This way the runners could be processed through the finish area much more quickly.
This isn't a whinge, but just a bit of constructive criticism.
Overall though it was a very enjoyable race, and thankyou to all of the marshalls who did a great job.
