In short: Marvellous Marshals!! In full: Thanks Roy and all the organisers and especially the wonderful marshalling and water station folks (even if it was too windy to drink!!) - to stand in those conditions and still manage a smile and encouragement, well you truly deserve a medal!!
Indeed the hills were not as bad as described.. and next year with a different set of weather conditions (!)I reckon its possible to do a decent time on a very pretty course. Date of review: November 21, 2007

In short: Great welcome - top cakes! In full: Marshalls and organisers were fantastic.. great info at the top of the hill @ 170 metres! Felt the climb(s), but worth it..! In short: A great run in the English countryside In full: It was such a good turn out, challenging mix of surfaces (& stiles), beautiful scenery, cows, a couple of hills thrown in with the cheery marshalling you need to cope with them... this has the potential for a great race with just a couple of tweaks to organisation.
