In short: very windy today but a great sunday morning run!
In full: This would have to be the perfect road race for me very flat, but today very window and I did find it a little hard at times to keep my balance as the wind hits you side on from the fields but regardless a PB!

In short: those hills!
In full: I knew they were hills but didnt realise they would be so brutal- I heard someone at the start say keep you head down and keep running - if you look up at the hill you will stop - never a truer word spoken!!!

regardless lovely day, and a PB for me which I am thrilled about. A nice day out from Essex!!

In short: GREAT SUNDAY MORNING RUN!
In full: Didnt feel my best waking up with a headache but still managed a pb! lovely scenary only negative was the parking - my lovely clean car ended up caked in mud!

In short: ideal sunday morning run in the country!
In full: like everyone else, great run shame aout the weather but very mild day a lovely scenary did 1 53 which I am a little dissapointed with after struggling abit around the 10.5 marker but other runners got me going again and I had a good finish down the hill - will defiantely do again

In full: be weary of the gradual hill at about 8miles goes on for over a mile so watch it if your wanting that quick finish!
