In short: Went to windsor with a cold, come away with a newPB
In full: Apart from the nightmare getting out of the carpark, a good day. Pratically flew around and knocked 4 minutes off my half marathon time.

In short: love the jelly babie couple.
In full: Great for london prep, and great seeing the jelly baby couple. I like crowds of people to give you that boost, very happy with time and ran 18.5 miles before i decided on a short walk run session. But i don't think i'll do it again, just too quiet for me. Good indicator though, and now looking forward to london.

In short: First half that involved shingle
In full: Overall a nice race, was flying until i hit the mud and shingle but still managed a PB so cant complain. My only gripe would be, they need more toilets and another water station. The jelly babies were nice, so thanks to the marshalls, they do this at reading but they end all over the place, this time i actually had some.

In short: I wonder if organisers actually run
In full: When i reached the first drinks station, and it was empty i feared for the worst. Then as we approached 16 and no water and when you noticed on the other side still no water you do panic a litte. Thankfully i hydrated well before and had my running bottle with me with energy drinks. I think they had enough water but it was badly distributed.

In short: the heat sapped me of any pb potential.
In full: I will run this again, but in february please. I love the heat, but this was a killer. Good support all round, and a free shower as well lovely.

In short: Dodge the cars
In full: A crowded start, so takes a while to get going. More marshalls needed as some cars were pulling out without a care in the world. Ran a pb so pleased with that, but will not make a return trip next year.
