In short: organization could have been better.
In full: did'nt enjoy this as much as last years race, too conjested at the start meant i had to stop running twice in the first 2K, woefully inadequate toilet facilities at the start.

In full: as everyone seems to point out the cost could be reduced by losing the glossy leaflets that hardly anyone will read.

In short: ok run spoiled a bit by the rain, but then this is Wales see.
In full: The start seemed a bit disorganised and the serious runners outnumbered the slower ones but overall a nice enough run. Will do the other 2 in the series with hopefully an improvement in the weather.
