In short: What a great little race ! A completly flat course makes for the possibility of a PB if thats what your after.
In full: Excellent location with the start at or should I say near the footbal club. Lots of marshals who were great giving lots of encouragement. The run takes place on quiet country lanes no problems with traffic as the organisers had the route well covered with marshals at key points . Well done to Chepstow Harriers and thanke to Uly Utd FC for their facilities !

In short: A great race but not for the feint harted ! need to keep your wits about you to stay upright
In full: Well its multi terrain after all ! I would advise trail shoes for this one.
Good organisation once again by Chepstow Revised start & finish was better making a traffic free run. The voucher for a pint or soft drink at the George was most welcome thanks to all concerned

In short: Once again very pleasant race in beautiful surroundings - try it !
In full: Chip timing for a low key race like this is great not that it takes too long to cross the start line but it gives the incentive to get an accurate time to compare your times. Please keep the revised course its much better but is it a little longer than previos or am I getting slower ! Second thoughts dont answer that - another year older !

In short: Nice race monser hill after about 2k then over the top of Rhosils down then back to the beach for a nice level 4K to the finish
In full: Goody bag only consisted of flyers and a tri magazine where were the drink and energy bars !
Could have done without the T shirt. However a very well run event that might of been better supported if the weather was not so cold & wet. But I think it all adds to the challenge !

In short: Great little multi terrain race held in the heart of the Forest of Dean.
In full: Enjoyed this run again ! The long hill at the end seemed even longer with tired legs due to the conditions underfoot. With recent heavy rainfall some of the route was very muddy and wet but with care it was fine. The marshalls were very pleasent and the facilities at the start were excellent. Thank you to FODAC for an excellent race.

In short: Very well organised race in beautiful location everything seemd to go like clockwork
In full: Gower is a great location for this type of run along the coastline. I enjoyed every minute of the 72 on the extended 10K course. Will be back next year to try the half. Well done to everyone concerned! My only slight niggle was the outside showers,no problem for me as our accommodation was close by but felt sorry for those runners who might have had a long journey home without a good washdown. There was a long cue for the 4 or 5 cubicles as I left Im sure most would pay a little extra for a decent shower and changing facilities. Shame the main campsite showers & changing were not available.
Endurancelife have obviously taken a lot of time & effort to make the event run as smooth as possible achieving a polished professional outcome in wet, muddy winter weather conditions.

In short: Excellent race , well organised, with nice touches , orange segments at the finish were most welcome. Well done to everyone involved, will be back next year
In full: There seems to be some blending of the commments of this race with one earlier run in June. Both races are great events to enter. They have basically the same route through a figure of eight course so great for supporters to watch your progress ! Give them a try they deserve your support.

In short: First time enjoyed it all the way round what a great race !
In full: Will definately try to do this race again next year, fantastic atmosphere all round, great marshals well placed especially the one who had a welcome supply of wine gums, fantastic race! Get some hill work in and you should manage most of the inclines only one really steep section for about 100m.
Thanks to all concerned.
