In short: 3rd time and still love it!
In full: First of all this is a great race and really well organised. I've been lucky enough to do this the last 3 years, but previously off the red start. I was off blue this year and was really surprised that the pens didn't appear to be marshalled at all.
I realised after 2 miles that a PB was out of the window and decided just to relax, enjoy the atmosphere and see how it goes. In the end I came within 2 minutes of getting a PB and ran the second half as quick as the first half.
I'm hoping to do a smaller, less crowded marathon in the autumn when hopefully a PB may be more achievable.
I do hope to run London again next year because the atmosphere is still the best.

In short: It is getting better and bigger!
In full: A different route from last year and much better organised. The first mile was down hill, almost 11 miles of flat running, with a few hills around Bourneville, and then the pull back up to Broad Street! I never thought the final mile would end, but the reception along Broad Street was worth the effort. Well done to everyone concerned with putting on the race and looking forward to next year.

In short: Enjoyable race; organisation has improved since last year.
In full: My start time was late in the day and the chaos I remember at the start from`last had gone. The problem with a late start was I got stuck behind slower runners in the tunnel and ended up walking it. Apart from that the organsation was much better than last year and it was good to be able to check your time at the finish. This is a different type of half marathon and I would do it again.

In short: Still a favourite
In full: This was my second time at the Bolt and like the first time I really enjoyed the race; it has a really good atmosphere.
The finish is really good and you can hear the spectators cheering before you get back to the finish area.

In short: Well organised race.
In full: An enjoyable run and a good work out for the London Marathon.
The race was well organised although the start was slow with a hairpin bend after about 1/2 mile. However, when we got out of Stafford the field soon spreadout with no further problems

In short: A good warm up for a spring marathon
In full: Surprisingly enjoyed`the 3 lap format but glad that the long 8mile lap came first! Weather was like 4 seasons in one day, traffic around the course was bad at times especially going up the first long hill but I did enjoy it and would do it again as a warm up for a spring marathon.
