In full: Very well organized.
It was cold first thing so people kept kit on til last minute. With the parking quite a way from the start a lot more people decided to use the baggage storage - causing last minute delays.
Excellent marshalling, plenty of water stations and clear mile markers.
Course a bit more undulating than the 'fast/flat' description, but an excellent goody bag and medal of Olympic proportions were well received.

In short: Very well organised, accurate and great facilities.
In full: I couldn't fault this race. The marshals were very encouraging and parking couldnt have been easier. Changing and food was available in the holiday parks facilities which were all very nice and the park staff were very helpful too. Very encouraging small crowd at the finish, I don't normally get a cheer being well down the field. Hats off to the LADY who won the overall race, in 27 minutes!!

In short: Easy to find, parked right next to the course. Mile and KM markers. Marshalls were all very encouraging. Able to check time and position straight after the race by typing in Bib number. Brilliant!!

In short: Incredibly well organized and well marshalled
In full: Couldn't fault this race, really well organized. The course even had a certificate to prove it was accurately measured. Big clock at the end, handy if aiming for a time. Even a leading runner car with flashing lights. A real gem of a race for the money. There were some really fast runners up front, but equally many joggers at the back even a lady with a dog. Race was part of a series, and I'll definately try to do the others.

In short: A race I couldn't fault
In full: The route started at K2 track, went into Tilgate forest taking in some challenging hills and ended on the running track. This meant you knew exactly how far you had to go at the finish and you could chase runners in front of you.
£15 on the day seemed steep but I'd rather pay that and get a decent well organised race than some of the shambles I've been to! Accurate course, chipped race numbers, an official AAA starter, adequate water, accurate KM markers and the proceeds go to the Hospice. Thanks to all the marshalls, there were plenty of them and they were all so encouraging.

In short: Not so creepy Crawley....
In full: Can't think of a nicer place in the south east to run, jog or walk and all in a good cause. The hills are pretty tough for ladies who have never run before. On the plus side its an excellent place for all the family with a lovely pub/restaurant over looking the lake!!!!

In short: Great way to see out the old year..
In full: What an improvement on last year. Moving the start made such a difference and the whole thing went so smoothly. Well done to the organisers, thanks for a great race.

In short: As always, well marshalled and well organized. Why do there always seem to be more uphills than down? T-shirt a nice reward at the end though.

In short: Not the fastest of races.....
In full: Attracted by the 'flat' five tag, I assumed it to be fast. After the low key start in a pub carpark we soon entered some ploughed fields, and overtaking was pretty difficult. There were little bridges to cross and the odd gate. Not knowing the area, it was a wonderful surprise as we rounded the corner about 2 miles from home to see Bosham Harbour, boats bobbing on a calm blue sea. We passed reed beds with nesting ducks, a mill pond and finally back to Fishbourne to another pub carpark. The initial disappointment of realising this was not a fast race disappeared as I took in the glorious scenery. The marshalls and runners were all really friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed this race.

In short: 2nd time around for me, I know about the hills this time!!
In full: well organised event, starts in the park and there are kids races too, which keeps my mob happy. The 5 miler is scenic but does take in a pretty tough hill on the way back, so don't expect your best time. worth doing though.
