In short: Great race and although its lapsit was not boring as always different animals to spot.
In full: One small point was that the prize giving occurred while still quite a few of the slower runners coming in which meant they got little support and encouragment.Maybe delaying junior race by 15 mins would have helped.Overall great day though and a PB for me too !I will be back next year

In short: Great fun and well organised.Good family fun!
In full: The only improvments I would suggest are a louder / clearer PA system, very difficult to hear and I think a few U13 missed their start due to this.Also some food to buy for spectators although appreciate this adds to the logistics of organising. A great run and would definitely recommend

In short: Good fun and great family run
In full: Well organised, although think queues would have built up at entrace to drive as took a while to sort out who was registered etc.With more competitiors I can see this might be a problem.Very friendly, good support. Accurate course too which was good. Would like to do again.

In short: Always good atmosphere at RFL and good support from the HEART team.Route could have done with a few more marshalls or better markings. Accurate course and nice bag at the end

In short: 2009 (No option for it on dropdown)Lovely area and nice course.Pub after is a bonus.Would like a proper start or better instructions on where start is.Look forward to the summer series
