In short: A postively pleasing experience
In full: First time I had run the 10k and I throughly enjoyed the experience. The few negatives (lack of atmosphere and dull scenary) were out wayed by the positives. I will definatley be back in future years

In short: Nice race but not fantastic
In full: Third time I have completed this race. The organisation was ok but was a bit miffed that there was no lucozade sport at the finish. A snack would also have been apreciated but suppose you can't have everything. Lots of water on the route and most of the marshalls were supportive. Chip timing was good and as its a local race I'll probably end up doing it again next year

In short: Very scenic and undulating course but poor organisation.
In full: The course was very scenic around the park and the bluebells in the wood made it very enjoyable. However it was let down by the poor organisation. There was no indication that the race had started and no start line on the ground. Spent the first km dodging several walkers and slower runners, could put markers up indicating peoples expected finish times. Car parking was difficult, surely some thought could of gone into providing suitable parking arrangments. Finally there was no T-shirt for me, which made me very sad!
