In short: Excellent Marathon warm-up. Route better than previous years
In full: I really enjoyed the change of route as it avoided the never ending slog along the promenade. Yes it is hilly but it is a great confidence booster on the start line of the Marathon. The medal was good and the little bag will prove useful for transporting dirty trainers. My only critism would be the lack of toilets at the start far too few for the numbers running.

In short: Lydd half- We need more
In full: More toilets ( only 2 non flushing ones for females ), more water stations ( only 3, too few for a half and no isotonic options ), more marshal support on the course, more pre race information including a map or directions and more signs to race.

In short: This was not flat/undulating. It was definitly undulating!
In full: I will not comment on the lack of toilets or other problems mentioned by others. My main concern is discribing this as flat/ undulating as my garmin elevation data proves it is definitly NOT flat.

In short: Great race, excellently run
In full: Downhill first 8 miles then a steady climb to end did not feel too bad though. Would recommend it but would warn beginners to exercise caution before signing up as 2nd half hard.

In short: Beautiful Course, very crowed start.
In full: Very sceanic. The start was very crowded it was hard to overtake for the first 2 miles. The Marshalls were not as enthusiastic as at other events. But a lovely race and great course with lovely off road sections around the fields of Kent.
