In short: What a great day for racing!
In full: Wonderful weather, and organisation before and after the race. The first 2 miles were a bit cramped with everyone running down the trails together. Although this stopped me from setting off too fast which benefited me towards at the end! lovely flowing one lap course wth a few hills and plenty of downhills. Looking forward to next years race!11

In short: Crawl up and slide down!!!!!!!
In full: Well organised race with helpful marshals. The hardest hills I've ever seen! Don't know what was harder going up or coming down! A great race.

In short: Great 10k Course. Well organised
In full: Really good course with great marshals all the way round! Was a bit miffed at no medal or t shirt after it had been advertised, but, as all money raised was for charity I suppose I can go without on this occasion! lol

In short: Good race Great organisation.
In full: Didn't have a great race but that was down to coming back from illness rather than the race it self. Hopefully I'll be in working order for next years!

In short: An hour delay in the cold isn't the best pre-race preperation.
In full: Lovely course. Shame about the weather which was miserable. Organisation could have been a lot better. Lots of us were stuck on the side waiting to get onto the start line when the race had started. Also what happened to the medical tent (The cause of the delay)?

In full: Don't settle for anything less than a PB on this multi lap course. Well organised with some very good runners at the front.

In short: Great fun running with your dog!!!!
In full: Enjoyable race that was really well organised at the start and finish. Only grips are there could have been better course markings as I got lost! It was hard looking for little blue squares when your dogs pulling you all over the place! Also with an entry fee of £13 a little memento at the end, for everyone, wouldn't have gone a miss. Having said that it was a lovely course and the dog had a brillant time which was the whole point!
