In short: good friendly marshals, very encouraging.
In full: bit slippy on the towpath, although scenery makes up for it. I previously did this in opposite direction, but prefer it this way, look forward to next year.

In short: nice run in the countryside
In full: nice race mostly traffic free, through countryside, slightly hilly, felt water stations were too far spread out, weather very hot, addition of some sponges would have helped.

In full: very well organised as usual, bagels at end were great. only problems were showers not working.

In short: very low key run
In full: kilometre signs in wrong places, boring course along A13, then on the greenway where you had to squeeze through gates or duck under bicycle gate.

In short: very well organised, marshals friendly
In full: lovely weather, nice course, slight hill at 9 miles then downhill to finish.

In short: nice run on a summers evening, although could get caught at by hillss
In full: pleasant race, would do it again, the hill at 7k is a killer but then downhill to finish

In short: nice course, mostly traffic free. directions from town were good
In full: would have preferred the race in february, weather was too hot,water stations was good and residents provided extra water and showers. marshalls very encouraging. would definately do this race again.

In short: slightly disorganised at start. especially baggage, only one person taking bags
In full: flat course, nice touch was going into olympic park, although a bit congested. friendly marschals.

In short: nice race in kent countryside, flat but not completely traffic free.
In full: well organised, friendly race, nice touch was water and jaffa cakes at the finish. will be back next year.
