In short: There is room for improvement
In full: Fairly well organised, the last three miles, no markers for the marathon. Energy drinks need to start earlier. The prom was a nightmare with passers by. The end was dreadful, I had to find some water, the last thing you need after a marathon is a stick of rock. I dont usually grumble after runs, but was alittle dissapointed yesterday. The marshalls at 20 miles plus should look to give a smuch encouragement as possible and not just point you in the right direction.

In short: Wind again
In full: I am going to admit that this race is not the PB potential that I first thought it was. The wind is a nusisance, and last night underfoot was diffcult. The track was a lot looser than the previous runs. However, well organised as always

In short: An undulating course
In full: Well organised, would have preferred KM Markers for a 10k race. Not a race for those looking for a PB

In short: Another well run event
In full: Once again the wind was present and I am sure on a still evening this can be a very fast course, looking forward to coming back next month

In short: Worth the money
In full: Made to feel welcome, but it seemed a a very close knit club run. Could have done with one marker towards the end of the first lap, as I nearly ran in the one direction

In short: Excellent PB potential
In full: The only downside is the exposure, so the wind can cause a bit of a problem on the second lap, I am sure that if there is no wind this could become a very fast course. Good encouragement from the marshalls. I look forward to the next race in June.
