In short: Get what you pay for! A good, club organised, run with decent scenery
In full: Understand the gripes about traffic and the perfunctory medal but this is a decent race amongst some good scenery and at a more than reasonable price. As long as you're not expecting a top of the range event unlikely to be disappointed.

In short: Great race - as always. Superb organisation.
In full: Very, very, tough race but organisation is excellent and the course really interesting with soemmcracking views when you (eventually) reach the highest point. A gem of a race.

In short: Excellent, fast race.
In full: Really good race if you're after a fast time and a well organised event. Scores highly on both points and the section by the river is pleasant too. Will certainly run it again next year.

In short: Really well organised event - well worth entering.
In full: Excellent event - great value for money and impeccable organisation. Good course, with enough challenges to make it testing. Strongly recommended.

In short: Great race - wonderful views and well organised
In full: An excellent race but really tough. Surprised by some of the comments regarding organisation as it seemed faultless to me and the course was well marked out and the marshalls fine. Good t-shirt etc so well worth the money too.

In short: Great race, superbly well organised
In full: First time I've done this and was really impressed by the organisation and overall friendliness. Incredible value for money with free cakes, decent goodies bag etc. Apart from the one tough hill at the end nothing too challenging.

In short: Horrible conditions but fun
In full: Lashing down with rain, muddy fields, steep hills but good fun and well organised. Little or no chance of a PB on the course but well worth doing.
