In short: Water station fiasco!!
In full: Organisation was ok but those flimsy half filled cups at the water stations were a joke. A serious flaw on such a hot day. No wonder a guy was almost passing out at the end. Is a few extra quid on some larger sturdier cups that do not crumple when grabbed too much??? And if you can't give awaya decent shirt don't bother!!!

In short: Well organised but challenging race
In full: Not an easy race for a beginner and forget about your PB unless it's a very weak one but don't we all like a challenge?

In short: beginners or pb chasers course
In full: an uninspiring event with only a potential fast time to remember it by. held up on last lap by slower runners. biggest critism was that the main race should have been earlier when there were fewer people in the park. 10am start would have been better. course was different to one sent out to runners but better for it.-forgettable!

In short: A good race with excellent value especially for London. Just seeemed to lack a bit of atmosphere but probably cos its a monthly thing. Good if you want a regular time trial to measure your progress. I couldnt really ask for anything more.

In short: No mile markers, wheelchairs at front at start(very hazardous) bogus elite runners at front at starting line.
