In short: All in pain at the end but all we could talk about was next year.
In full: Team of 8.

The toughest 10Km course I had ever run and after the first we all knew this was no fun run.

In the dark the course was well marked and easy to follow.

Organisation was amazing. Considering the field had grown from just over 100 to just over 1000 it could have all gone pear shaped, but it didn't.

Only problem (and a minor one at that) was mud in the showers. Perhaps no shoe policy next year.

Looking forward to next year. Hoping to bring two teams.

In short: Great day out by the sea
In full: Well done Brighton. Other than some problems with the park and ride and the start this ran as smooth as silk.

Hot day but showers and extra water station. Mile 19 to 21 a bit dull but not a easy place to get crowds to.

Loved it and will be back again next year.

In short: Very tough but a great race
In full: First 13 miles deceptive easy. Last 13 very tough due to conditions underfoot.

In short: The best organised race I have ever been to
In full: Not the easiest of courses but a great route.

Very well organised. Course very well marked and clear to follow, however, didn't need it as marshalls everywhere. Water station every 2.5 miles with bottles rather than cups.

Great atmosphere all the way around. Loved the track finish just like being at the Olympics.

Well done Harlow.

In short: Very tough race but great scenery
In full: Ok I am new member of Trent Park Running Club but never done or seen this race before.

I had heard it was well organised, but I had no idea how well. Marshalls everywhere, never seem to be more than a couple of hundard meters from one.

Very tough race, according to my GPS total climb of over 500m and the biggest was 246m. Almost impossible to set a PB.

In short: Beautiful trail run with a nasty twist!
In full: Brilliant event. A gentle job around some glorious wood for the few miles. The first couple of boggy bit lull you into a false sense of security as the rest are much worse! Never been so dirty but great fun.
Well organised well marked. Thinks they should go around the course and line mark some the roots, tree stumps, etc. I went over one that was part hidden, loads of other people fell as well at various points so highlighting these would have helped.

In short: The most fun I have had in trainers for a long time
In full: Not 100% sure what to expect as not done this sort of race before.

Great fun, brilliant route even with the stairs! Mile marker would have been nice but may have put some of the fun runners off.

The look on some peoples faces, Tower Bridge was the best, was the best. Smiled all the way around, which seemed to make it so easy.

In full: Very well organised. Not flat but not exactly hilly either.

Looking forward to next year.
