In short: Great First Half Marathon for Me, Suffering at the end though.
In full: Done plenty of 10k's but this was my first half marathon, really enjoyed being back in my home town. Parking was a bit underplanned, but everything else was good. Loved my T Shirt and Medal, will wear it with Pride. Hills were quite slight, but seemed to be more up hills than downs and more towards the end which took theyre toll on me. Overall pleased with the day and Son won the Mini Marathon and got on local radio.

In short: Great organisation, well worth the trip.
In full: A pleasant well organised event, weather was a little disappointing, but that could not be helped, enjoyed this one, with a massive field and my 13 year old son won the 2 mile in 11 minutes so well worth the trip.

In short: Very Muddy and Slippy.
In full: First real muddy run I have done, it caught me out and I found this very challenging, but worth the experience, nice t shirt at end.

In short: First time at the 5 Mile and Enjoyed it.
In full: I did the 3 mile last year, but decided to go further this time, hill on second time around was a tough one, but got felt good and got a faster than expected time so pleased. Paperweight was something different. Will be back next year.

In short: Interesting Races, Not Expecting the Gate climb or 10 Styles.
In full: I enjoyed this race, it was a bit different with a gate climb and styles to climb, even a sheep stampede at one point. Marshalls were fantastic, everyone encouraging. Only gripe was some of the routes were very narrow and caused traffic jams behind some slow ones with no where to pass. Wouldnt expoect a PB on this one.

In short: Really Enjoyed this one.
In full: Nice weather, Marshalls and crowd were fantastic, supporting all the way around and having done a 10k last night needed it. My son won the 1 mile Kids Kaper to make it a great night and got a fantastic trophy which has made his week.

In short: Pleasant Run, but very hot.
In full: Relatively Flat, so could have been a face race if not for the very hot wether, especially on the tow path, the scenary was very pleasant and finishing at a pub is always a positive. No Goody bag, burger available, did not feel up to it when I had finished, but after queueing for twenty minutes went down well.
