In short: Watch out London, this race is a real contender!!
In full: Fantastic race, my best yet!
Toilets were an issue at the start but there are never enough loos, ever! Not too fussed about the delay at the start, just so long as the route was ready for us all.
Loved the route, a whole variety of city, village and seaside, the industrial bit was not so pretty but running under the cranes did make me laugh a lot! The gradient was also fine and happy to have the small hills over the first half of the race. The small loops were fine too (beats multiple laps or there and back routes by a long long way).
The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant, could not believe how many people were about to support us all, cheering from start to finish.
Loads of water stations and managed with the energy stations, perhaps an earlier energy station would have been of use.
Great goody bag and medal. Great organisation including the emails, website, info leaflet and event itself.
Thank you so much for a wonderful day for all.

In short: All good fun!
In full: A surprisingly enjoyable 2 x lap, varied course, race HQ a little way from start but amazingly well organised, brilliant marshalls. My supporters had got too cold for tea and cake so missed out on that, shame!

In short: Too hot for me!!
In full: Was it me being blind or were the mile markers incredibly sporadic? Difficult for pacing. Mentally challenging when you run passed the finish at Mile 8, only to run along the coast and back again. Would have been a good race if is was many degrees cooler!
