In short: Well Organised and good route
In full: The organisation was very good and the moving of the Start and Finish led to a much easier start (no real bottlenecks this year) and better finish point. Probably not best idea not to send out numbers etc as queues for some people bit annoying.

In short: Well organised and tough route
In full: Considering the race passes the bottom of my road this was the first time I have done it. Pleasantly surprised with the organisation and good to get a race that actuallt starts when it is supposed to and does not keep you standing on start line. Tough course with inclines at all points of course. Even though I use alot of route for training was surprised when you push yourself how hard the last 2 miles are.

In short: Great potential but let down
In full: Great potential for this race but let down by the finish and also tpp many add on bits to make up distance. This is 2nd year done this race and neither of above has improved. I will not be returning until I hear it has improved the above areas. It is a shame as the marshalling was top class and the support superb.

In short: Another well run race here - same every year and weather to go with it
In full: Again the organisers got it right (including the weather). The support on route is tremendous to go with beautiful scenery and a flat course. Well done to organisers for the numerous drink stations and sponge stations - not many races will give you this many. Thanks to all those volunteers who manned the stations and the marshalls it all made for a great race.

In short: Much better organisation this year
In full: The organisation seems to have been sorted out in this race. The route is very flat and inviting through nice quiet lanes.

In short: Hard but well worth running
In full: Great scenery and very well organised. never really a flat part of course but this led to a challenging run. maybe a new start is required as very tight for first mile with numbers running.

In short: Awesome Atmosphere
In full: As usual atmosphere awesome (no different to 30 years ago when I did first GNR). Organisation perfect. Unique rememberance before race whilst playing Abide by Me reminds you what most people are doing this race for. The numerous people I saw crying at this stage was unique and made you want to run. At last a year where weather was cooler.

In short: Brilliant Race
In full: Superbl organisation and the course took you through leafy lanes and woods which made for great scenery as you ran. Not PB potential as there was no flat bits - all either up or down hill with a final hill which tested everyone.

In short: Brilliant and very welcoming
In full: Why haven't I found this earlier. The course went through some gorgeous countryside - albeit hilly especially at 9 miles - what a brute- but satisfying. The organisation and friendliness was second to none. A must do race
