In short: Definitely undulating and scenic as promised.
In full: The hills and mud were challenging. But Nonsuch Park is lovely. With the fine weather and good organisation, it was an enjoyable race, despite some bottlenecks!

In short: Really good race
In full: I got a PB (but it was my 1st half!). Well organised and marshalled, and support was fairly good (I got a high-five from some girls opposite the club which cheered me on). The weather was excellent, as was the route.

In short: Well I enjoyed it!
In full: I found the baggage area very quick to use, and the parades and music were good. The race was well supported, and it was an experience to run with so many others.
There were few toliets, so you wouldn't think of using them unless desperate! But that was the worst bit.

In short: Excellent all round! Enjoyed the race and then the zoo with the family.
In full: I liked the warm-up and the fact they had starting posts with your estimated finish time. Facilities, organisation and marshalls were very good. Medal was nice, and goody bag was the best I've had yet.

In short: Excellent race even without a medal.
In full: There were a lot of runners! So it seemed I was constantly being overtaken or having to overtake.First water stop was a bit of a shambles. But organisation and marshalling were very good.

In short: Tough but very enjoyable
In full: As it was my first x-country run, it was pretty tough up those hills! But the organisation and facilities were good, with the weather bright and dry. Loved the T-shirt.
