In short: Very muddy, but pretty and interesting route
In full: It's my first try at the Idle Trail 10K and I really enjoyed it. Everyone seemed very friendly and quite relaxed and the route itself was really well marshalled who not only showed you where to run, but were very encouraging if you were flagging. The rain we've had this last week did mean that parts were very muddy, but it added to the fun and varied terrain of the race. I would highly recommend this race!
