In short: Good overall, but room for improvement
In full: Very nearly excellent - support was great, as was the finish and the course (despite the last mile or so being a bit tough). The start was poorly organised though, needs marshals to get everyone into the right pens. NIA staff were a bit unfriendly as well. Would definitely do this one again though.

In full: This was my first proper 10k run and I really enjoyed it. Very friendly, great atmosphere and excellent marshalls. Would definitely do it again.
