In short: Very good event - but no goody bag or bottled water or chip timing
In full: This was my second running of the Swindon 10k and it is a very good event. Well organised and marshalled. Great PB potential as course is mostly flat with a few slight inclines. It has the prospect of being a great event. I would prefer bottled water as opposed to filling a cup from a tank and chip timing should be available on a race this size. A goody bag would of been nice. I would recommend this race to all abilities

In short: one big hill that you have to do twice
In full: Very nice event around Longleat Estate all on road, no traffic. No many flat sections and a long steep climb that you have to do twice.

In short: Very well organised
In full: A well organised event that went very smoothly, no queues for anything. The 3 and a bit laps were flat and not as boring as I thought it would be. I'm glad I gave it a try and would recommend doing it once. The only negative is that all the loo's were filthy

In short: Rain and lots of hills
In full: This was a hard race due to the number of hills, however I did enjoy the challenge. Very pleasant countryside section. Not many cheering spectators due to the weather.

In short: A great Sunday day out for the kids to get exhausted.
In full: What a good idea - a running event just for the kids but also fun for the parents too. We will be back next year. Thanks

In short: Great race
In full: This is a great charity 10k. Beautiful scenery well organised and relaxed atmosphere. Traffic free. A nice mix of road and gravel track. I would of purchased some RNLI merchandise if there was a stall.

In short: Fantastic people raising loads of money for charities
In full: I enjoyed my first half marathon although getting to the start with 1000's of others was a crush that lasted 30 minutes. I can't understand why the few hundred elite runners required half the road space. Expensive to enter. Network Rail should be fined for cancelling the 09.15 train from Westbury.

In short: Great race that raised money for charity
In full: I really enjoyed this race. It was well organised with a very relaxed atmosphere. Loved the band at the half way point and the hill at the end was a killer after 9 miles. The best bit is that it was a charitable race.

In short: Enjoyable run, not too hard and not too easy.
In full: Lots of positives about this 10k run, the only negative is that the half way drink station was not available.
