In short: Q-U-I-C-K!!
In full: Great race, being allowed to line up along elite athletes made the slighty OTT price worth it. Good organisation. The course is flat as a pan cake and quick which could catch first timers out as the first 2km are at break neck pace. As long as you get a good start out of the crowds a PB is more than possible. I took 2 mins out of mine to go sub 40. Will doit next year too!
