In short: Stevenage, why not.
In full: Good day for it, half of the course was quite nice (parks, woodland), half was a bit dull (main roads and underpasses).

For a half marathon it was annoying there wasn't toilets somewhere on the course (at least I didn't see them), thank goodness for the watersports centre in Fairlands Valley Park.

Otherwise very well organised, welcoming club and lots of support along the course thanks Fairlands Valley Spartans.

In short: Good Fun
In full: Very enjoyable race, great atmosphere, slightly bizarre course (but I guess that is part of the charm). Not a PB course unless you get right out ahead and avoid the bunch ups near the start.

Will be running it next year.

In short: Lots of fun
In full: Great race, well organised, will be running again next year (provided I don't get into London).

One issue was sending the route through the lanes, and at some points poor segregation from observers. Otherwise brilliant, Brighton had a great atmosphere today.
