In full: Tough day at the office, like a lot of others strugled in the last two miles. Lots of water provided & help quickly available to runners overcome by the heat. the organisers showed that its planning not luck that makes this a great event. And yes there are still people that ipod rules don't apply to them. run again in 2015... Date of review: June 9, 2014

In full: This is a small well orgaised local race, at 4 miles & the 2pm start time its well worth a visit. Traffic & parking are a problem but if you arrive early this is a race with a nice village feel. only a handfull of club vests so you wont feel intimidated, would run this one again.. In full: Ran all three races this year, enjoyed the event very much. One small point the wearing of headphones was a real problem for the lead runners at burgess hill. A multi lap race means most runners will be lapped sometime, and so most are aware of faster runners approaching from behind. The lead runners should'nt have to weave around people jogging along oblivous to everything. It is clear just asking people not to wear headphones does not work.
