In short: Well organised with great marshalls
In full: A very slick and well organised event. Plenty of water/High5 feeding stations. High5 gels available at most of the marathon feeding stations too. Very enthusiastic marshalls too. Course has a few undulations but nothing too difficult. A definte PB course.

In short: Snooker table flat course!
In full: Well ogranised and very well marshalled. Course was very very flat but also very exposed. Very little relief from the weather (whether that is sun, wind or rain). A definite PB with favourable weather conditions. Plenty of water on the course. Good facilities at Race HQ but cold showers for the marathon runners! :-(

In short: Very well organised.
In full: A good, well organised city marathon. Undulating 1st half and a rather flat but windy 2nd half. Can not fault it.

In short: Well organised with some very nice touches
In full: Despite the weather another very well organised and marshalled event. Drink stations every 2 or 3 miles with 500ml bottled water with a couple having Gatorade in 500ml bottles too. The course was a little undulating in the middle section but nothing serious. Nice medal and t-shirt at the finish. Chip timing - chip time sent via SMS a little later. Has the potential to rub shoulders with the more popular, established events and still hold its own.

In short: Well organised and marshalled
In full: A very well organised and marshalled event. Everything ran like clockwork. Quite an undulating profile with the undulations starting at around the 17 mile point. Very secenic and generally traffic free. Some sports/isotonic drinks would have been nice but other than that a great event.

In short: Hills, more hills followed by more hills.
In full: A tough trail run along the South Downs. Lots of hills, but some spectactular views along the way. Plenty of water stops and some with SIS drinks and SIS Go Gels too. A very well organised event. Nice medal and technical T-shirt too.

In short: Well organised.
In full: Well organised event. Challenging hills between 2 and 6 miles and 15 and 19 miles (2 lap course).
Plenty of water stations and good support from the spectators scattered around the course.
Very unforgiving if you set off to fast!
