In short: Brilliantly organised race.
In full: Great route with mixture of town and rural roads. Good support from spectators along the route and a great medal. Could do with a better goodie bag and needs more toilets at the start.

In short: Friendly race with great PB potential.
In full: My first time running this race so can't compare it with the previous ones. The bottle neck after the start did make my first mile the slowest but the course is so fast that I made up time later on and was able to get a PB. I don't think the bottle neck was completely the courses fault though. Despite starting in the +1.45 section at the start (I finished just under that time) I was overtaking other runners for the first few miles. If other runners started in the right section at the start the bottle necking wouldn't have been so bad.

I enjoyed the parts of the run around the airfield as it gave you the space to keep up your pace which wasn't always possible on the pavements.

Well done to the organisers for putting on this race despite the pressures against them. And thanks to the marshals for their great support throughout the race.

In short: Crowded but still worth doing.
In full: It was crowded, especially for the first couple of kilometres. Could have done with the kilometre markers being more visable/held higher up. I didn't see the 1k marker due to so many runners around me which made it harder to pace myself. Personally I preferred the run when it was in Victoria Park as the paths are wider and it is even flatter but Regents Park was still a good setting for a run. This is the first run I've done in a couple of years and I got a PB so overall I was very pleased to have taken part.
