In short: A really well organised race. Great sweatshirt and goody bag at the finish. Friendly marshalls. Course is undulating, the wind and hail made it particularly interesting this year.

In short: Excellent organisation. Friendly marshalls and runners. Fast outward leg. I found the headwind on the return leg hard going but still did a good time (for me). Good T shirt and refreshments at the finish.

In short: A reasonably flat 2 lap course along the sea front. Friendly marshalls, drinks stations were good. Disappointing to have the start delayed for the second year running.
