In short: Very hilly and hard work. Weather too hot for a 1pm start.
In full: An enjoyable day out, made particularly special by the forum marquee. I was't prepared for how hard it would be. Bottles of water would be preferable to plastic cups but the sponges were a life saver.

In full: Ken Livingstone shouldn't allow this race to go ahead next year unless the pre-event organisation improves.
