In short: Good race again
In full: I enjoyed this race - as I always do - but ther allocation of "colour" waves should be more strict - the Flora Womens 10k in Ireland has to have proof that runners can do 60 mins or less to get in the first wave termed "runners" and they check your proff diligently - no cheating!!!!

In short: great race but it does need to be chip-timed please
In full: I do enjoy running this race but the lack of chip-timing harms its popularity - the finish is very chaotic to say the least but everything else about it is fantastic and the trophy is really worth having
