In short: Well organised trail event.
In full: Well organised - lot of arrows but one or two places were not clear - marshalls on the course were great - very helpful - great full breakfast at the finish.
Highly recommended to anyone who likes trails events and does not mind a bit of mud !

Facilities at start ok - except "gents" really need urinals - long long long queues to use the 2 cubicles.

In short: Surprised at the poor organisation - a mess except for the Elite front end that were well looked after - for the rest of us they could not even tell us how many laps we had done !

In short: We should all demand a refund - as we did not receive what we had paid for !
In full: Delayed start - people had trians/buses to catch after the event ?
Another year with no water at early water stations !
Organisers had said that they wanted to double the numbers next year !

In short: A Challenge - not a race - one to find the route - the other to finish
In full: Organisers need some help from the runners.
could not believe how long it took to get my number on the day.
If the entry form says route will be marked - then IT HAS TO BE MARKED - whether or not a map is handed out.
If the event is to grow - just needs a few tweaks - in any case a great challenge !

In short: Undulating 2 lap course - lonely second half !
In full: Distance between some of the mile markers were way out. Drinks could have been a problem if it had been hot.
The 4-30 time limit was tight for a charity event ?

In short: Well organised, brave marshals in the bitterly cold wind.
In full: Bit lonely, runners well spread out over the almost 5 mile loop, best entertainment was watching the yachts capsize and the herd of Alpacas ! It was survival this year into the bitterly cold wind one side of the reservoir !
