In short: Great Race and well organised In full: Superb support throughout the half and full marathon. Well stocked drinks stations. Brilliant weather. Thought that the course had improved since 2004. The University section and Woolaton Park were quite scenic and I enjoyed running along the Trent from Mile 22 onwards. Only minor gripe was getting into and out of Car Park A.This took ages and next time I would go to Car Park B and walk. Date of review: September 15, 2008

In short: Challenging hilly 10k In full: Three hilly laps around Cheddleton. Coming past the start for the last lap you knew that the steepest hill on the course was there ahead of you. Third time round it slowed me down considerably! Great atmosphere, well marshalled and supported considering the cold wet weather Date of review: December 5, 2007
