In short: Very scenic, well organised and friendly.
In full: Good organisation. A really good race. Lots of up but also lots of down. Head wind made the big hill a bit of a maul. Nice to see the veteran motorcycles out on the same area, good distraction.

In short: 3rd and probably last year. Dangerous overcrowding.
In full: BAD- Mud, delay, crowds trying to get up the narrow road to the start pens,a cold 20mins to retreive my bag. Crowds to get out of the runners village. I was in pen A which was manic to get to but meant I was finished early so missed much of the finish problems.
GOOD- The support, Water marshalls and route.

In short: As well organised as ever. Well worth doing.
In full: Never going to be the most picturesque race but it makes the most of what is availible. Superbly organised, big race atmosphere and enough hills to provide a challence. Weather perfect again. Big thanks to all of the people who put up water points outside their own houses and the shop who had an excellent manned water stop, small things like that make a race. Be back next year.

In short: As always very well organised.
In full: Nice race, great course. Always extremly well marshalled. You won't see more St John Ambulance support at a major race, credit to them as they normally get forgotten. One of my fave races.

In short: Excellent
In full: Well organised, friendly run. Nice village, great scenery, hard hill. Proper water bottles with tops left on and plenty of them. Bad points? None that I can think of. Improvements? Free beer. Very well done to organisers.
