In short: Very quick and well organised
In full: Good quick course, friendly atmosphere.
Only minor gripes would be a lack of a water station on route, and the last lap towards the finish was soul destroying.
well done to the organisers - will be back

In short: good race for a pb attempt
In full: first time at this race for me, never done it before as always seems to clash with 6 nations match. Hangover free this year and a pb! Good marshalling and nice momento
thanks roadents!

In short: can they book that weather every year?
In full: once again the sospans put on a cracker of a race. great venue, challenging, but not too hard course for all abilities, and great marshalls,
only gripes would be that some of the mile markers were way out - scared myself silly by running a 6-15 1st "mile", and also goody bag was very sparse - bring back the hats!!

well done all organisers - your pa announcer is the best!

In short: Those hills didn't seem so big in the car!
In full: This one has always been on my "must do" list, and its now been ticked off that list. Not as good an atmosphere as i expected, and large parts of the course very sparse, but probably down to the weather.
Gutted that i fell and smashed my head on a rock on the downhill section, but many thanks to the runner and marshall who checked me out - no lasting damage, but may have knocked some sense into me!
Chip shop in llanberis had the nicest chips i've had in years!

In short: Get the welsh assembly involved
In full: Great course, flat as you can get, and taking in lots of "new cardiff". However, i would be gutted if i'd travelled far for this one; the pre race build up was tepid to say the least, with predicted time boards at ground level and almost impossible to see. City hall was a place to go if you fancied standing around for a toilet for an hour, and the finish was far too congested with a hell of a crush at the castle gates - just as well it wasn't windy wet and cold!
C'mon Cardiff, this is a fast pb route - get the council invloved and promote it and finish in the stadium or by city hall - then there's no worries about congestion and charity can still raise loads

In short: Who put those hills there?
In full: really well run race. marshalling and course layout was fantastic - no chance of getting lost or falling off the mountain! the mayor trying to chat with you at the finish when all i wanted to do was sit down was a nice touch.
only slight niggles are -1. a map of the course would have been handy.
2. accurate distance- should be advertised as a 16 miler, not 18

also think the race is putting off entrants by advertising itself as tougher than any marathon - i'd be well pleased if i finished my marathons in that condition!

In short: how to they always manage to get the sun to shine?
In full: another well organised race from this lot - well done again.
kids races excellent, and course well marshalled. liked the water bottle design with flip top lids - saved a lot of spillage
