In short: Not the most interesting race, but entry to the Park was superb
In full: Well organised race along flat country lanes. Tooks the family along for a fantastic day at Port Lymph.

In short: Well organised and tougher than it looks
In full: Well organised and marshalled event. Seemed to me that every corner I turned I had the wind in my face, couldn't work that one out. Went off a bit quick and the course is a bit deceptive with a few hils so no PB here.

In short: Excellent race through the village.
In full: A superbly well organised race starting through the village down then up a horrid hill before twice round the block and across an unmade track before a sprint to the finish. Thanks to the weather for being wet as the late start can be tough if it is very hot as in previous years. A new PB by almost a minute - over the moon! Thanks to all those involved in the organisation, look forward to next year.

In short: A little gem of a race!
In full: Have been meaning to run this for some time, but due to working hours have always missed it. Am very pleased I managed to make it as it was an absolute gem. The two lap course along bridal and wooded tracks was challenging with a reasonably nasty hill and very fast downward finish. Very well marshalled even for local runners. Must get out of work early for the next one.

In short: Supperbly organised event and a PB to boot
In full: A great race run superbly organised. A big thank you to all of those involved in the race. Managed to keeep going at 7.30 pace for the first 20 miles but fell away a bit over the last 6, although managed a new PB, so well pleased. Great support from those on the course and the marshalls.

In short: Nice flat course along the Riviera del Canvey
In full: A well organised event along the sea wall. Nice and flat, and a new PB so well pleased. There was a walking race which set off before the runners. I was running at 6 minute pace and was impressed with the length of time it took to catch them. My son won the under 7s race, but unfortunately Daddy was not able to emulate for a family double! Look forward to next year.

In short: As always superbly organised event
In full: Fantastic organisation again. A great course, although not traffic free, never any problems. A few hills to keep your mind on the job, but generally a fairly quick course. Well done all involved. Looking forward to next year already

In short: Very well organised race and challenging course
In full: Thought the race would be seriously delayed due to the cars still coming in at 10.00. Thankfully all started well, and the chip system is a great idea. Excellent course and managed to dip under 40 minutes for the first time, so delighted. The weather just about held off for the run, but was looking a bit grim for the afternoon. Well done to all involved, will be back.
