In short: Overall well worth doing
In full: Got a pb so all good. The course ran well, loads of drink stations and well equipped, friendly marshals. A few niggles but not worth mentioning, after all it is a big race so these are to be expected.

In short: The most fun I've had running since 1985
In full: From the beginning to the end this race was excellent. The organisation/marshalling from Bitton RR was very good, especiallty the advice that one marshall gave me before the last stream "it's shallower in the middle"......lol What made this race for me amongst many other things was on the highest section all you could hear was runners laffing their heads off [took me back to my old school days hence 1985] If you haven't run this race before and want to rekindle those childhood memories this is definatly a great place to start, can't wait for next year.

In short: Love this race but let down by the course being to narrow
In full: In a nut shell I agree with most of the reviews posted before. This was my third year and the least enjoyable. The start was very haphazard and not run along the lines of our colour codeing, basically a free for all after the faster runners at the start. Hopefully this will be sorted out for next year. I spent the best part of the race over taking fellow runners which was at time frustrating. As for the last two miles when I opened up and pushed harder again I was blocked by slower runners in front of me which was to say the least annoying.
